Hear me out to whomever is reading reviews looking for a roofing company. Choose this one. I was recently screwed by another company who did my reroof and had to do it again. From start to finish this family owned and operated company was there for me when I felt like I didn't know what I was going to do. My roof was replaced in one day and and when they left it was like they were never here, completely spotless. They even went above and beyond by telling me about additional issues I had going in my attic. I want to say thank you guys for everything. They don't know it yet but I consider them family and now i'm adopted lol. ☺️

I can't say enough about how phenomenal 1RoofLLC is! From start to finish, this family-owned company exceeded all of our expectations. The entire team—Jennifer, Thomas, and Jeremy—was not only courteous but also incredibly professional and attentive. From my first phone call with Jennifer, I felt confident we were in great hands. She scheduled the evaluation promptly and was very friendly. Thomas came by for the evaluation and was outstanding, taking the time to answer all of our questions, explaining the installation process thoroughly, and showing us material samples. We never once felt any pressure, and the education he provided helped us feel comfortable and informed about the entire process since they operate above industry standard in ways you wouldn’t see with other roofers. They secured us the soonest appointment after the holidays & the crew, led by Jeremy, the owner, worked like clockwork. They were on time, completing the entire installation in just a little over one day—an impressive feat, especially compared to our neighbors who had a weeklong, less professional experience with a different company that damaged their ceiling, scattered nails into our yard & also placed equipment in our yard without asking. Jeremy worked alongside his crew, ensuring everything was done to perfection, staying until the very end to answer any lingering questions after his crew left. The attention to detail was remarkable. They covered all surrounding shrubs and areas to protect them, and the owner’s wife was extremely thorough to make sure no nails were left in our yard—something we truly appreciated. It was clear that they take pride in their work and care for their customers. We were provided clear images of the areas that needed repair.
