Ricky and his crew were absolutely fabulous. I am absolutely pleased my new roof actually I love my new roof. First class roofing is a standup company and this is not a paid testimonial. This is my actual feelings for this company.

First came across this company in 2017, the owner, Glenn, came an gave me an estimate on a new roof. The did a wonderful job. Fast forward to 2023, I needed a new roof on another house, Dale came a gave us an estimate on ours and also our neighbors. They installed a new roof, replaced rotten wood and installed gutters. What a fabulous crew and job. Well, 2024 hurricane did damage to our original roof on the first job. A limb went through the roof and our metal roof was also damaged. Called Dale and he came out and accessed damage, the owner of the company, Glenn, also came out. They advised us what to do and met with our insurance adjuster. They installed a new shingle roof, replaced damaged wood and took care of our metal roof. Their crew was very professional and did a great job. I HIGHLY recommend this company.

What a disappointment. We scheduled three weeks in advance of this project. We got a call a few days prior to our scheduled installation saying there are other jobs that could not be completed in time, so our installation had to be pushed off. We shared our problem, that the rain is coming down extremely hard in front of our house, so, we asked for a simple job - installation of a gutter and rain diverter. It rained last week so we got to see the work in action. The rain diverter did its job, and the rain came down the downspout, and diverted rain on the right side of our front door, yet the gutter that was installed was not long enough to cover the entirety of our front door, so the rain still came pouring down on the left side of the house and not just that, but TOWARDS our front door. Now, we are down our money that we invested in this project and stuck with a different problem.
