I live in North Carolina but I needed to take care of my dad property after he passed. I contacted several companies some of which did not call me back. Dusten at Acker called me right back. He inspected the roof and sent me a written proposal right away. Acker gave me a fair price but more importantly they did a phenomenal job. They made the process very easy despite the fact that I was almost 3000 miles away. Dusten communicated with me via email, text, and phone and answered all my questions. This is a company with a lot of integrity and they do exceptional work. I wish I could hire them here in NC! š

Acker Roofing was great. I needed a roof cleaning and photos for a insurance renewal. They knew exactly what was needed. The report was thorough and the insurance company renewed my insurance. Will definitely use them next time I need roof work.

Working with Acker was such a great experience. From their customer service being beyond amazing, the roofing inspector was incredibly professional and knowledgeable. I would highly recommend using this company.

Do not use Acker roofing. First, they do not respond to text or call you back except if it is about money. Then they will call and email everyday. They supposedly did āworkā by replacing broken tiles, but there were sections of exposed roof that they never addressed and they said it must have been āoverlookedā when I questioned them about it. They also claimed that the tiles were not part of the original scope. We are facing more issues after having them do work than before contacting them. The job that they did for us was also was really smallā¦I am just glad that we did not decide to use them to replace an entire roof or for a large project.

These guys did a good job at a fair price. I called six different companies in the area, they were the most reasonable reputable company of all six Iām pretty happy with the situation. Their guys cracked a little plastic mini roof while they were working, and I told him about it, and they came out and fixed it immediately. The roof they put on looks like itās gonna last a long time. Thx Acker
