Good service Seemed costly

This will be a dated review, but I am posting it for a good reason. We received service in January 2024 on our natural gas range. We were having trouble with the ignitors not turning off. The technician recommended replacement of the ignitor control module, which cost us more than $1000. We primarily cook on the front burners, so the issue we have was not revealed until yesterday when my wife was preparing a large Easter dinner for friends and family. While cooking utilizing the back burner, there was an explosion around the control panel where the technician replaced the ignitor module. After investigation, the technician had installed the ignitor connector for the left rear burner with the connector wrapped around the fuel line to the burner. When igniting the burner, it faulted to the gas line and blew a hole in the line. This allowed gas to flow freely into the control panel area. After the gas built up to the burner area it ignited blowing fire from the control panel area. The fire burnt the power cords and electronics. Needless to say we are not happy. The failed repair nearly injured my wife! It will now cost us to replace our commercial grade range which will be between $4000-$6000. You would think for a $1010 repair you would get good quality work, but in this case it was not.

This repair man helped problem solve about a drainage problem that I've been dealing with for over a year on a front loader. It was finding a recall notice about another part on the washer in order to fix the problem. Then on the dryer, he took the whole thing apart, cleaned it, replaced needed items and put it back together beautifully. Now we are back in business with laundry chores. I am very appreciative of his thinking outside the box and doing an awesome job for me. I would call him again for servicing my appliances.
