Used Trevor and crew on a pretty involved bath remodel. Hassles did occur, but not with Apex, but with a big box retailer I was buying the fixtures from. Nothing they supplied worked out of the box. Lots of hassle and delays, but Trevor, the Crew and I had great communication and we made it work. Would absolutely use again and probably will.
