Absolutely, without a doubt, the most professional, efficient, and amazing roofing company in our state; period!! And, we are blessed enough to have this incredible company right here in Jacksonville, Florida. Not only are they extremely efficient, but they are very kind during the entire process. They explain each step in great detail, so everyone can understand the full process, all while helping us deal with our insurance company in a reliable and easy way for everyone on all ends of the spectrum. Their customer service is absolutely second-to-none, on top of being an absolutely outstanding business! These days it is nearly impossible to find a reliable, professional, creative, and kind contractor of any kind; let alone a roofing company. But, Avenue Roofing checks all the boxes, and so many more! We have truly been blessed to have had them do our roof, and several roofs in our neighborhood, as well as our parents' homes. If we could give them 100 starts out of 10, we would!! Thank you, Avenue Roofing, for everything you've done to create a kind, easy, and fun process, for something that is usually very frustrating and difficult. No other company can even compare!! Avenue Roofing did a great job. Vitaliy was helpful throughout the process and the onsite manager, Dan managed the entire project, answered any questions and covered the entire project with me. Everything was done in 2 days and the roof looks great!
