I would not hire Colony to do any complex leaks where the source is unknown (I’m sure they do fine where there is a simple leak). Colony came out and made a bunch of unneeded miscellaneous repairs for a leak I was having but it didn’t fix the leak and refused to do any further work without me paying more. I’m out $1700 and the operations manager went silent on me. Wouldn’t recommend

Giovanni came out and showed me my issue. Pricing was very fair and they worked with my work schedule to get the leak fixed quickly. Highly recommend Colony roofing

We have used Colony Roofers in the past for a roof leak, and the experience then was great! We had another roof leak recently, and again called upon Colony Roofers to perform the job. Not only did they complete the job phenomenally, but they also found helped identify other problem areas that were addressed before they became bigger problems. Very honest, prompt, and professional. I have used other roofing companies in the past, and recommend them head and shoulders above anyone!

I’ve had a persistent leak issue. Multiple roofers have come and gone and couldn't figure it out yet still quoted me on unnecessary work! I called Colony and they discovered the problem right away. They are fair, responsive and persistent.
