I had quite a few challenges with my home insurance and Mr. Soloranzo remained consistent in his communication with both me and the insurance provider to get my much needed repairs covered. He is very kind, patient, understanding, responsive, and goes above and beyond to be helpful, especially for me as an overwhelmed single parent Mom who knows nothing about the industry and who is busy all of the time. He was very patient with my responsiveness or lack thereof as times. I will refer him to anyone who is need of repairs and especially to anyone who needs an advocate to help correspond with your insurance provider. I rarely write reviews, but this one is very deserving.
