My experience with Croc Coatings was 100% positive. I stopped by their office last Monday was greeted by Rikki who scheduled the sales estimator Ridge to come to my home on Tuesday. Ridge was also very professional and gave me a reasonable estimate. I had them put me on the schedule and my garage floor was completed on Thursday of the same week. The install crew was also very professional and thorough explaining the entire process as well as how to maintain the floor. I have had other coatings on garage floors in the past however none would compare to my new Croc Coating floor. Really Nice!!! I have a 2 car garage and the hardest part of the job was picking the color, lol. It's not cheap but Croc coatings as a company is top of line. Everyone from the salesman, office staff and especially the installers were so easy to work with and very pleasent/professional! My floor had many crack/chips they had to deal with before applying the coating and WOW It looks amazing! The project lead Bradley, (so nice) took his time explaining the entire process to me and had it completed in the time he said it would be done, no delays. I highly recommend these guys!!!

Terrific customer service and employees. Adam, Nate and Riki were great to work with. Haven't had enough time to rate the garage floor job with one exception. There was a definite line and difference in thickness during application on 1/3 of the floor. They came back out with no hesitation and assured me they would make it right. In hindsight I should have left it alone. The area they sanded and re applied a top coat is much smoother than the original. I'm concerned the non-slip was compromised. Update: Yes, the resurfaced area is a bit not as non-slip as the original application areas but still OK. The floor cleans very easy and so far no residue or stains of any kind after 1 winter.

Can’t say enough about this company. Reasonable priced, installed nearly a month in advance. Sam and his crew were excellent! Took great care of the installation every step of the way and cleaned up everything when they were done. Best of all, our dilapidated front porch looks outstanding. Great job and would highly recommend.

Sam and Nate finished phase 1 of our 2 phase project and will be back later to do the larger section. We couldn't be more pleased with the crew and the product. The floor in my craft room/guest quarters looks fantastic and I know our 40x60 ft shop floor will too. The guys were on time, polite, hard working, and don't just apply the product - they know the product. Jennifer, the sales consultant, was very informative and made sure she understood our needs.
