EAS saved the day! We had a contract fall through because the crawl space wasn't encapsulated and it was kinda yucky under there. EAS came out and gave us some great options. We were able to make it look great under there without a full encapsulation. They were creative and worked with my budget. Sold the house to another family who is pleased as punch! EAS saved me a bunch of money and headaches. Thank you!!!

EAS was great to work with to fix our plumbing, HVAC and valley barrier. They were professional and responsive.

Came across some of what we thought might be asbestos’s at 10pm on a Saturday night while demoing a master bathroom. Searched up environmental specialists and EAS came up, saw it was 24hrs figured I’d give him a ring. Belive it or not he picked up and we talked for 15 minutes. Spencer gave me the run down on asbestos and what to do if it was disturbed. Made me and my family feel better about the situation after speaking with him. Very very knowledgeable and willing to help. I will recommend him for any future jobs/ refer him to anyone I know for the services he offers. Thank you Spencer!!! 5/5 stars
