Our 1990s home had extensive water-damaged masonite siding that was in desperate need of removal. We contacted several companies for measurements and quotes and chose Freedom Exteriors for a few reasons. First and foremost, they agreed to remove the previous siding while other companies insisted it wasn't necessary (even when we were adamant it had to be removed - we needed confirmation that our framework wasn't riddled with mold from the water damage). The price was fantastic, the staff was beyond helpful and kind and not pushy in the slightest. One particular company made me feel cornered and pressured and left me irate after the interaction. The owner of Freedom Exteriors, Jordan was on the job site daily for inspection, questions if I had them, and just overall supervision. His crew is truly HIS crew, so I appreciated him knowing who was working on the job. Our 1700 sq ft home was done in one and a half days. We couldn't believe how quickly they worked. The demo crew was huge and worked on every side of the house at once, making it super efficient (albeit loud! so if you work from home it may be best to not have meetings that day) The showroom was clean, child friendly and a great way to see materials and colors in person. We are beyond impressed with the final results, labor, cleanup and materials. Can't recommend Freedom Exteriors more!

Freedom was great in particular the owner Jordan who was very present and responsive. When we did have an issue in the final parts he made it very clear that he would make it right and went above and beyond to hear our feedback and adjust. Jordan seems driven to run a good customer centric company. Highly recommend.

My wife and I had our house re-sided and all the windows replaced with Freedom Exterior. They were very professional and fast. We had some problems due to another contractor not keeping their word but Freedom did in every way. They were flexible to help with solve problems and came back to finish up. We are very happy with their work and recommend them highly.

I used Freedom Exteriors to install two doors I purchased from them. The first door was a single entry door into my garage and the second was a double door into my crawlspace/storage area. Freedom Exteriors removed the old doors and hauled them away and installed the new doors in just a couple of hours. The crew that provided the labor was exceptional. They were very knowledgeable and friendly craftsman who paid attention to detail. Their work was flawless. The only problem encountered was that the crawlspace door opened inward, where the old one opened outward. We discussed the problem, and Freedom Exteriors provided and installed a new door for the crawlspace at their expense. They had to order it from the manufacturer, so it took a few weeks to get the replacement door. When it came in, they texted, and we set up an appointment to install the replacement. They had a large crew and worked quickly. They were completely done in an hour and a half to two hours. The door fits and works perfectly, and I am completely satisfied. Freedom Exteriors stood behind their reputation. I will use them again when I have another project, and I recommend them without reservation.
