Furman was awesome to work with from start to finish. I first called on a Monday afternoon and told them my roofing issue. They came by that same evening and found the root of the issue and proposed the best course of action to fix it. It was completed the next afternoon, less than 24 hours from initial contact! Big thanks to Miguel and the company for being so accommodating, professional, and thorough.

I’ve hired Furman Roofing twice now, and both times they’ve done an outstanding job—especially the second time around. Their professionalism and attention to detail truly stand out. I really appreciate how their quotes are clear, thorough, and itemized, providing a detailed scope of work that makes it easy to understand all the options. Miguel does an excellent job of setting clear expectations from the start, ensuring everything is properly outlined before the project begins. However, once on site, Senior Furman occasionally contradicts the initial expectations, which can create some confusion. It would be beneficial for the next generation to take the lead in customer communication throughout the entire project to maintain consistency and avoid mixed messages. Overall, Furman Roofing delivers exceptional workmanship, and despite the minor communication disconnect, I would confidently recommend them for their quality service and detailed professionalism.
