A company that ghosts you when they don't want to solve a problem. We had two new sets of logs installed 2 years ago. The set in the kitchen has been emitting gas since they were installed. Our plumber was out on 5 different occasions and said there was nothing wrong with the gas line, but the shutoff valve in the new gas logs was most likely bad. When you can get them to come out for a service call (good luck with that) they won't admit to there being a problem. The owner of the company finally came out to address the problem (I thought) and he was trying to pinch two pieces of pipe together to solve the problem. I'm not messing around with someone retrofitting a new set of gas logs. What he should have done was replace them for me since they were under warranty. Now I'm going to call a different company and have them replaced again. Don't use a company that doesn't know what they're doing with gas!

great service. I have these guys come out and do an annual maintenance/cleaning on my fireplace each Fall. Always arrive on time and do a great job for a good price. Also, do a great job of explaining everything they are doing and what needs to be done.

Fantastic job! I've been wanting to replace the original unoperable fireplace since I purchased my home and settled on Valor which Hearthmaster carries. I found the installation done by Hearthmaster to be of superb quality and extremely focused on maintaining a clean work environment, to the point of building a floor-to-ceiling surround with a zippered entrance to ensure dust stays within the work area. I'm loving the new fireplace as It provides heat for the entire floor and all controlled by a remote. Even after the installation, Jonathan Clements has been available to answer questions I've had as I began using the new fireplace. Would highly recommend Hearthmaster for their quality, professionalism, and expertise on fireplace replacement.

We had our chimney cleaned in early October. The guy that can out was phenomenal! The problem is the responsiveness of the owner. We were supposed to have an estimate by now, November 13th, and still no response. I have called several times and the last call with Charity I was told,”the owner is busy and will get to it when he can, that’s all I can do.” So, if they had delivered on the original impression I would give them 5 stars. I will not use them and do not recommend due to the lack of follow up. As a follow up to your response; In the time it took to write your review rebuttal, you could have given me an estimate. We do our best to support local businesses because that is where the heart of the community lies. Supporting one another. We really did like the service that was provided by your tech! It is just disappointing that you could not have provided what we needed as promised by your tech and your staff.
