High Performance Roofing truly exceeded my expectations when it came to the repairs on my house. Eric took the time to make sure I understood everything that needed to be done and why it needed to be done. Larry and Eric also made sure I was updated frequently, and all the work was completed on schedule. The new roof, garage door, gutters, and window screens all look amazing! I could not be happier with my choice to use High Performance Roofing!

I met Brad Black (owner) back in 1997. He was recommended by several of my neighbors that used his company to replace their entire roofs. He did a great job and I have not needed his services until Jan of 2025. I had a small leak around my hot water exhaust. He sent someone out in 2 business days and fixed it for free. Then, in Feb of 2025, we had a wind storm and I lost around 15 shingles. Once again, I called Brad and he had someone out in 2 days and he repaired it for free. Needless to say, I give Brad and his company a 10/10 and, whenever the next hail storm hits Plano, he'll be replacing my roof.

Already having done the research to choose a Malarkey Roof, I contacted all their Emerald Premium Certified contractors in my area. Besides giving one of the best estimates, they did a great job. They were truthful all the way in making sure we were satisfied with the work.
