I requested a quote for a sign. I asked lots of questions because the wall the sign was going on had some design parameters that had to be considered. Rules of the facility, not me. Some of the pricing seemed off, so I asked for clarification to better understand how pricing was configured. I was told to take my business elsewhere by Amy. As an edit to this review based on the response of the business, it was already up in the air if they would install or if we would install. I asked if they had options for the suede and was told to go elsewhere all together. I still wanted the sign. I had already talked to the facility about potential options for install and wanted to know if they had options. If they didn't they could have just said that they couldn't install. I would have still purchased the sign, but to write the whole thing off when install was actually the minor part of the job just sullied a potential long term client. If they don't want my business, they won't have it along with all the other projects I am involved with. Also, there was no "referral" as that requires actually providing information to someone else. It was a simple "go elsewhere." Okay...

I cannot thank Keen Sign (and Ms. Tiffany in particular) for their patience and fantastic service. They worked efficiently and professionally with me to get a sign created and installed in no time at all. They listened to my needs exactly and even went back to the site to fix the first installation due my own error. They were kind and completely understanding during every step and answered any questions I had. I cannot recommend them enough. Ms. Tiffany, you were fantastic! Thank you!

Unfortunately I feel the need to write a negative review for Keen Signs for poor installation and not standing behind their work. I have afforded them every opportunity to fix the issue before resorting to leaving a negative review. I had window perf installed and it looks terrible. The window perf is blurry and the lines are crooked making it hard to see through. The guy who installed the window perf said it would look blurry for a couple of days and then should clear up, but it never did. I have sent them pictures of other businesses window perf that can be clearly seen through with no blur and even read street signs across the street, but they still are adamant that there is nothing wrong with what they installed on my windows. I have eyes I can tell it's not right and I've even had customer comment on how bad it looks. I have been trying to get them to fix this for months now and they wont even attempt to fix it. I have used them for 4 or 5 jobs in the past and almost every job they have done has been messed up, but they've always come back and redone it and owned up to it, which is why I previously had written a positive review, which has now been changed, because as a business owner I understand mistakes happen but as a business it's how you handle those mistakes that will set you apart. My sign by the road they missed letters in the writing and didn't catch it and had to come fix it, my logo on my counter they installed in a pastel color when it was supposed to be red and green, then they came to fix it and the guy that did the reinstallation installed it crooked and had to go back and print it again and fix it. The decal I had them put on the inside of my window wasn't cut properly and you can see daylight through the edges. The proof they sent me initially for the window perf wasn't lined up properly in the picture they wanted me to approve and he had to go back and fix it. The only reason I stuck with them is because they would always fix their mistakes and this time is clearly another mistake, but they no longer want to own up to making a mistake and fixing it. Just a heads up to anyone who is thinking of getting work done by them, you may want to rethink! I have added pictures to show the poor, blurry window perf.
