Amazing service, transparency on delivery time, easy payment option

Best experience I have had working with a receiver and white glove delivery service in one. I live in another state than my clients and David was amazing in walking me through their process and providing me with frequent updates. Communication with him was outstanding. He even handled direct communication with the freight company to ensure on time and careful transfer of the furniture. Multiple inspection photos were sent for review immediately after receipt. Highly responsive to all forms of communication about the storage and delivery of items. Will definitely use them again!

LXD was marvelous! They work with a number of high end stores and their team was so coordinated that a shelving unit purchased Saturday morning was delivered that very same afternoon! RH wrapped the unit immediately after purchase, had it ready for transport. The delivery team showed their attention to detail by taking their shoes off at my door without being prompted. Such a professional team!

Fast and easy scheduling of shipping! Great communication on scheduling and delivery time. Reasonably priced. The crew that came to deliver our furniture was very courteous and respectful. They were very careful in bringing furniture into the house and were meticulous in furniture assembly. They even checked in with my son to confirm he was ok with the work and furniture placement in his bedroom making sure they had his stamp of approval before leaving! I will definitely be using LXD again!
