My family recently inherited a house in dire need of a renovation, Matter construction was recommended to us. From start to finish there was nothing but professional service from Nick and his team at Matter. I had a disaster of a roof, 3 layers of shingles, rotting wood, and bent metal, the team at Matter was able to transform this dilapidated looking house to look completely different in less than a day. 11/10 would recommend to anyone who is looking for an exterior contractor.

Nick and his crew were everything I had hoped for. On time, cleanliness, and getting the job done in the allotted time. Watched guys throughout the day do multiple sweeps with the magnet roller to get nails out of the yard and driveway. Perfect looking flashing around the chimney and 2 people stopped during the day to get info for their own roof upgrade. Best price I got between 3 other companies. 10 out of 10 service

Nick is very professional, though still young. In addition to the quality roofing job, his communication with customers really impressed me. He provided many photos of the roofing taken with a drone, and answered all my questions, big or small. I am glad I have my roof replacement done by him!

Matter Roofing & Construction did an outstanding job on our roof replacement. We had a few companies come out to inspect our roof and give quotes. Without hesitation, we went with Matter Roofing. Nicks price and service was the best and his attention to detail was incredible. He is incredibly knowledgeable in explaining the roofing process and materials. We will be recommending Nick and his crew to all our friends and neighbors.

I have had the pleasure of working with Nick on a project in HdG. An overdue re-roof with damage repair on a historic house in town. I found Nick to be personable, punctual, professional and particular about details. The damage that I was aware of was photographically documented to my satisfaction and the repair was as expected. With any old house project there are always surprises, Nick kept me informed of problems and offered functional solutions with expected costs, and kept me in the decision making process. I have the skills and ability to do this type of work but my motivation is somewhat lacking! I was comfortable with Nicks work process, work ethic and the workmanship of his crew. I will gladly refer my friends and family to Matter Roofing. Thanks again!
