We cannot thank and recommend MCP HVAC enough!! We decided to convert our large old New England home from oil heat as our primary heat source to heat pumps using a combination of ducted work and minisplits. MCP did such an incredible job on the project from initial assessment through final execution. They talked us through all the different options, configurations, brands, etc. and then when we decided to move forward, were speedy with scheduling and communication with a great proposal and front office staff. The crew doing the install were also terrific - true professionals and very methodical with everything they did from placing condensers to running line sets to finishing work and cleanup. It wasn't the most straightforward job as the house is almost 300 years old, but they did an incredible job and kept us in the loop with any major decisions and answered questions we had quickly. It was clear how much experience they shared. Any hiccups they encountered were quickly dealt with. And as a bonus - they didn't mind having our canine "supervisor" follow them around all day. Overall, we could not be more happy with the quality of both work, people, products, and knowledge that MCP provides. Anyone looking for a company to handle your HVAC or electrical work - big or small - we highly recommend contacting the MCP team.
