Brian Huf and Modern Roofing did an excellent job in repairing my roof! Brian demonstrated professionalism and went the extra mile to make sure that I was happy with the results of their work. As almost everyone has had less than an ideal experience with a contractor at some point, it was quite a pleasant surprise when Brian, the owner/contractor, did what he said he would do, when his crew arrived on time and completed the job on schedule, and when minor punch-list items were completed he didn't try to upcharge me. Yes, he's a real contractor! I wouldn't hesitate to use Modern Roofing again for repairs or new roofing in the future. As I have owned other real estate in other states, and have had significant experience with contractors, I would say Brian and his company should get consideration at least in any roofing projects you might undertake in the future.
