I had some issues with another company and someone suggested I call Chris. Chris was very responsive and came our free of charge and provided me with a ton of guidance on how to navigate a company who was trying to take advantage. He went through the invoice and found several mistakes in which I was being charged for double the materials (I live in a paired home...aka condo). The company was threatening a lien until I provided his work and they immediately settled. My only regret is not getting his name originally.

Bryan Silva was prompt and made sure we were always updated. He always let us know before showing up. Bryan Educated us on everything and explained everything very well. The New Era team communicated and handled everything with the insurance company and we really didn’t have to deal with anything. The Roofing team was very professional and clean. The work crew was amazing. Arrived early in the morning and were done by 2 pm. They cleaned up everything from the ground. They were friendly and took pride in their work. Even my neighbor commented on how hard the crew worked. Thanks guys!!
