One Legacy Roofing did an amazing job on a total roof replacement on my townhome. I have never replaced a roof before but Juan and his team are very transparent about pricing and expectations. Juan is responsive and easy to communicate/coordinate with. Miguel was my specific project manager and he provided updates/photos throughout the day. Miguel was thorough and approachable. I also appreciate the thoughtfulness of the company as they notified my neighbors that the work would be completed the next day. What was also nice was that they were able to complete my roof all in the same day despite my roof having some areas of damage underneath the shingles. My roof was old and appeared worn but did not show these areas of damage on the outside. This just goes to demonstrate that even if your roof seems to look okay on the outside, if it is old, there still may be damage underneath that could lead to serious issues.

Quoted 5 different roofing companies and ended up with One Legacy. They were price competitive and Juan and Miguel Aguilar took the time to meet with us to physically show the options with samples of material and explanations of why we might choose one over another. Every other quote was an email with no follow up treating us like a number. During the install the guys showed up promptly and protective measures around the house and a/c to prevent damage from falling debris. Pictures were provided throughout the job including completion along with a surprise driveway power wash at the end which was unexpected but appreciated. I would recommend One Legacy Roofing and use them again.

We were referred to One Legacy from our real estate agent. After doing more research, we went with One Legacy because of their fair pricing and are certainly glad we did. I appreciated Juan walking us through the different materials they used, Miguel’s communication throughout the installation process, the team’s cleanliness, and everyone checking up on our satisfaction and answering any questions. While they worked from before sunrise to after sunset, they also returned the next day for finishing touches.
