TERRIBLE COMPANY and if your salesman is Andrew Bowen, he will not help you. They have no care for your property. They trashed my deck, patio and air conditioner and refuse to do anything about it. So far it’s cost $391 to clean the air conditioner (pics attached). All that black stuff in the pics is roofing debris that had to be vacuumed out. I’m getting the deck/patio estimate today to power wash away all the black soot and small rock like granulates caused by the old roof shingles pounding onto my uncovered deck. That will also likely cost a few hundred dollars. Truly awful people. Do not use them. They sell you a roof and then use a third-party contractor not affiliated with the company to do the work. They come out in unmarked vehicles, with a VERY young and inexperienced project manager and a crew that speaks no English. When things don't go right “wright", the project manager is like a baby deer in the headlights and can't help you. When the company finally responds to your calls you hear, “I don’t have the authority” multiple times before you get to the truth. The truth is that reasonable requests are "not going to happen". That’s a quote from Andrew. He wanted me to let the project manager use a leaf blower to clean out my air conditioner. Well let’s see, we got here on your project manager's watch so why exactly would I let him touch my air conditioner with a leaf blower?? Which by the way is NOT how you clean out an air conditioner. It needed to be vacuumed and it was. By professionals. The device in the third pic is what was used to clean the air conditioner. You will notice it’s NOT a leaf blower. There are MANY choices out there for roofing contractors. Do yourself a favor and pick a different one.

We had a great experience with Andrew Bowen. He helped us identify some wind damage which allowed us to submit a claim through our insurance. We are so happy with our new roof and now feel confident our roof will last us until we outgrow this house. Andrew and his team were on time, great workers, thorough, considerate and clean! I had my doubts at 2pm that my yard would look the same by 5, but sure enough the crew was packed up and gone by 5:30/6ish! Another thing to note, I have a toddler and the crew took their lunch break from 1-2 so my daughter could get in a short nap. It was so appreciated as the noise was not her favorite. We are so pleased and feel confident passing along Andrews information to anyone in need of a roof!

Chris Rowe with Roofing Done Wright is the best! He responded quickly, answered all my questions, did a thorough inspection of my roof and explained the entire process so I would know what to expect. He popped in throughout the day of my roof installation even though a project manager was onsite all day. Chris was honest, professional and knowledgeable. Chris should be your first phone call if you need a roof replacement or repair.
