A rep came out and inspected our tree that needs trimming. He was great, no fault there. A quote was generated, and I asked for a timeframe for work before approving. A time frame was given and I approved the quote. A week goes by with no contact from them. I reach out, and they explain that a truck was down and they would update me within one week. I understand that mechanical issues happen, but the lack of communication is not ok. The week passes and no reply, so yesterday I message them again. No reply. I message them today. No reply. I call several times. No answer. Also, in writing my review, I notice that almost every single negative review is met by a snarky response, or an accusation of a fake review, from the company. Not very professional, just like their customer service.
