Noticed a roof leak on a Thursday, by Friday Zack was here to assess the damage. Thorough inspection w/photos convinced me a new roof was loooonnng overdue. Great/comfortable sales experience from presentation to the price. By the following Monday pur project manager Juan was already checking in and making arrangements for instal. By the next Fridays end we were the envy of our neighborhood with an all new matte black roof (1 week turnaround). Crew was 20 minutes early, worked all day and by the time they were done not a spot of a mess in the yard and the workmanship was superb (I do have a background in construction). PM checked in regularly and a link was provided to keep us updated with 100's of photos throughout the day. Roof was finished in time before a weekend of rain and to no avail, not a single leak! Problem fixed and I couldn't be happier. A sucker at first to a catchy jingle but Stellar DELIVERED beyond any of my expectations. Kudos to Zack and Juan for a job well done. Will be looking to them for siding and/or windows in the future.

A few weeks ago, we sat down with Kevin Blum, Stellar Roof salesman. He inspected our old roof’s condition and gave us a complete presentation on how Stellar Roofing would meet and solve our roofing needs. He was knowledgeable about the roofing products and their efficiency. He placed us on a “next available” list and offered a good price for the job. He clearly explained what to expect during installation. Within a short time, we had our appt. date, 4/4/25, with the roofing installation team. The roofing products and dumpster were delivered the day before. The Project Manager, Antonio Massie and team arrived by 7 a.m on 4/4.  He reviewed exactly what would happen during the day.  The team went to work draping the house and shrubs with a protective sheet and setting up an automatic ladder lift for delivery of supplies to roof.  They began the tear-off immediately. They worked diligently to remove old shingles, make any repairs, install a ridge vent, stacks, vents, chimney flashing. Throughout the job, Antonio provided us with photos (taken with a drone!) to show us what was happening. The team completed  the installation, and began the final clean up by about 2 pm. On cue, as the clean- up was completed, a truck arrived to remove the dumpster. The only evidence that they had been there funwas our beautiful new roof! Stellar Roofing has a great process and promise. They do a completely free and no-pressure-to buy roof inspection and sit-down assessment and explanation of what can be done with full explanation of costs and alternatives. Within 2 days of calling them, they sent a rep Justin H. to inspect my roof on a Saturday. He did a full tour of the roof and took pictures of all problems and explained them all to me in detail before suggesting what could be done. I fully trust them and am looking forward to them replacing my badly in need of repair roof. I recommend letting them give you their free anxiety free roof inspection. You won't be sorry.

I would definitely recommend Stellar roofing to anyone, right from Mark stopping by to tell me I needed a new roof to Scott who came to explain the job to be done and give an estimate-which was very reasonable. Then Jared the project manager who communicated every step of the process the day of the job. Angel and her crew made a large project simple—for me. This big roof was done in one day as promised, they also did an amazing job cleaning up. I am more than satisfied with the service and so glad I went with Stellar roofing.

They actually showed up early and started moving everything away from the house that could possibly be damaged by debris (something I hadn't even thought of). The Foreman, Luis, was was here first (I saw him on my security camera), taking notes, and by the time the crew arrived, after a prework discussion (that the HPI practioner in me appreciates) they went to work like a well-oiled machine. Cisco, the Project Manager (with the snazzy company truck) met me at the door (after I missed 2 of his phone calls-doh!), to reassure me it was them making all the noise on my roof, and checked in with me periodically to update me on progress. He was extremely friendly and he and Luis remained onsite the entire time. The house was draped to protect windows, privacy, and any landscaping, and I could watch the progress via a realtime photo link. Roughly six hours later, they were cleaning up and putting everything back where they found it (they took pictures for proper placement). All in all, they were professional, curteous, and did an excellent job. Even though my job was probably one of the smaller ones profit-wise, they did not treat me like I was any less important than a million-dollar contract. I have been dreading roof replacement since I bought my home, and even had to put it off for a year, (and they even still had my photos, etc... from the previous estimate!) This was super quick and painless and I feel much safer with the improvements the new roofing will provide.
