I had an extremely disappointing and disturbing experience with Eric. From the beginning, he failed to follow proper remediation protocol, which significantly worsened the mold issue in my home. After being confronted, he admitted his error and promised to clean the entire house at no additional cost. Unfortunately, that promise turned into four failed mold tests due to his continued negligence and refusal to remove visibly moldy and moisture-damaged subflooring — a step that was absolutely necessary for us to pass clearance. After multiple failures and mounting frustration, I gave him a final opportunity to make things right. Instead, he attempted to pressure me into paying the full remaining balance upfront, claiming he would complete the job — only to then back out and falsely state that the property had passed clearance. That was a blatant lie. He even went so far as to threaten legal action, despite clear evidence that the job was never completed properly. To make matters worse, after receiving written notice requesting that any remaining equipment be removed under supervision, Eric and his high school son unlawfully entered my home through a window and took his belongings without permission — prompting me to file a criminal report for trespassing and property damage. Eric is a manipulator who preys on vulnerable homeowners dealing with serious mold issues. He lures people in with a low price but fails to deliver, leaving your home — and your finances — in worse condition. I would strongly caution anyone against working with him.

My review is with respect to promptness, professionalism and communication while trying to obtain a quote for residential mold remediation. Unfortunately, I was stuck with a different mold remediation company that turned out to be a total nightmare. I had hoped to switch over to this company after their glowing reviews. Juan came out and promptly gave me a very fair quote. Ariana followed up several times to see if I wanted to proceed. Juan even came out for an adjustment after the scope of work was increased. Unfortunately, I was so deep in with the other company that I couldn’t switch over, but I wish I had gone with these guys from the start. Seamless communication. Other companies really should take note.
