I recently had an interaction with this fence company that started with some miscommunication during a call with a technician. However, I was very impressed when the owner, Roger, personally reached out to clarify things after reviewing the call recording. I truly appreciate his humility in acknowledging concerns and taking the time to connect. While we ultimately couldn't agree on pricing for my project, I deeply respect their willingness to reach out, clear up misunderstandings, and the honesty they demonstrated throughout the process. It's refreshing to see a company that values communication and customer satisfaction.

I would overall give the fence company 4 stars. I will break it down into 3 categories: - Customer service 5: The fence company was incredibly responsive and willing to adapt and meet my needs. The owner even called me on the phone to address my concerns and also came on site multiple times. The workers that installed the fence were also very easy to work with and made changes mid build when I requested. - Quality 3: I say 3 not as in bad but as in average. Note I have never looked very close at fences before mine though so I’m not sure what’s normal. From a distance the fence looks excellent. Right up close there are some minor board splits and nails and boards that are not fully seated. - Price 4: My initial quote was a bit high but they were willing to work with me and be competitive with other companies.

I love the fence they built for me. I got some 6 feet and some 7 feet. It feels so strong and sturdy and looks so nice! The company was easy to work with. Foreman Cody and his teammate did a great job and I could tell they cared about their work quality. I would use this company again.
