They replaced an old fire rated window with a new one from Optimum Window. Excellent product and they made the installation easy. They replaced the frame and the sill, and did an excellent job with weather sealing the capping. Highly knowledgable staff - I would recommend to anyone

Applause! Applause ! Applause! My job was incredibly challenging because of the 40 year aging of the windows. Rafael and Jose liked skilled surgeons masterfully navigated around all the obstacles they incurred and "the patient" made a full recovery!! From order placement to installation Window Fix is simply stated : The best ! Don't even think about using anyone else or be prepared for a serious case of buyers remorse. I have an old double hung wood window that wasn’t working properly. Window Fix determined that it did not need replacing. Their technicians were efficient, careful, and pleasant. They did excellent work and the price was fair.
